Serene Spaces

Location: Rome
Area: 1580 Smq
Client: Private
Project time: 2024

A space characterized by soft and luminous colours, combined with a palette of materials aimed at achieving a simple yet defined aesthetic, creating a restful work environment that serves as a backdrop to the true protagonist of every architecture: the individual.

The raven-black ribbon windows encircle the office, allowing sunlight to penetrate deep into the interior spaces. Pure white walls and ceilings “come alive,” reflecting brightness onto the impeccably white furnishings. The custom-designed vinyl flooring delineates work areas and communal relaxation zones, featuring a solid sky-blue finish alongside a textured beige effect.

The work areas consist primarily of open spaces furnished with two- and four-person desks, all oriented perpendicular to the glass perimeter facade.

Towards the interior of the office, the design incorporates relaxation zones with armchairs, break areas equipped with tables for meals, and informal meeting spots.

To define these different functions and enhance privacy, low vertical partitions made from storage units topped with potted plants were employed, as well as full-height screens crafted from honey-coloured wooden slats, interspersed with open spaces that allow visual connections and maintain the perception of the office's expansiveness. Glass walls with frosted adhesive film ensure complete privacy where needed.

This project is a workspace tailored to the specific needs of the client: from spatial configurations to the selection of colours and materials, the goal has always been to create a beautiful and comfortable environment where people want to work, and one that clearly conveys a recognizable corporate identity.
